History

Riverview Condominiums is located in Grafton, Massachusetts just south/east of Worcester.   The first units were built in the late 1980's.  The builder filed bankruptcy, leaving the complex incomplete.  Recently, the rights to build the remaining units were sold to a new builder.  The project was finally completed in 2002 with construction of the last two buildings (D & E) for a total of 52 Units.
