Go right after the toll (Route 122 toward Grafton)
Stay on 122, past Wyman-Gordon on left and Brooks Pharmacy on the right
122 merges with Route 140
Past CVS Pharmacy and Super Stop and Shop on the left. 
122 and 140 will split at lights, bearing right at Lake Ripple, staying on 122. 
Past Grafton High School and Grafton Police Station on right.
Take a right onto Pullard Road approximately 1 mile after Police Station.
Riverview Condominium is on your immediate left, 13 Pullard Road.
