The first 30 minutes is open to Unit Owners by appointment. Please notify Jean

if you would like to attend, as space is limited.
$230.00 per month Condo Fee is due on the 1st of each
month. Unit owners will be charged a $15 late fee for payments received
after the 15th of the month, with an addition charge on the $15 on the 15th of
each month that the fee is late.
