New Neighbors !

In case someone has been away on an extended vacation, let us be the first to inform everyone at Riverview ~ We have New Neighbors! ~

The twelve units that were part of the original plan 12 years ago, have been completed. Most of these units are now occupied.

So, when you see new people in and around the complex, be sure to wave, say “hi,” and welcome them to the community.

If any owners in units #15 - #26 have questions or concerns regarding building problems, you should contact the builder directly.

The names and unit numbers are as follows:

#17—Nancy

bullet#21—Robert & Andréa
bullet#22—Stephanie
bullet#23—Annie
bullet#24—Nancy
bullet#25—Deb & Bradley
bullet#26—John

Project Updates

With the closing of 2001, Riverview has seen the final two buildings added to our community.

Greener pastures are coming. Riverview has completed the installation of the underground sprinkler system. The system will be supplied by it own well. If there is a water ban, we will still have green grass. The system has an electronic timer, so we can control the days and the times we water. The system was tested in December and then drained for the winter.

The speed bump was removed for the winter. Right after that, people started to go faster. This has resulted in a boards decision to install two permanent speed bumps in the spring. They are indicated by the two long white lines. Speeding is something the board will not tolerate.

We have completed the installation of the columns. These were installed because of a safety issue. Some of the overhangs had started to pull away from the buildings. It was determined that the columns were the only solution.

We are currently looking into getting power to the two lights at the front entrance, the light at the back of the complex, and to install a small post light by the stairs around units 1 thru 4. All of these will have to wait until the spring when the ground thaws.
