A Message from the President

Having
counted the blessings and successes of 2001, please join me in welcoming
fresh opportunities for the New Year. Your Board sees grounds improvements
in a lush new lawn and new trees, shrubs and beds. We see flower beds
framing the new carriage lights adorning our community entrance. There
will be new lighting, paving, and handicap ramps. There will be fresh
painting for parking spaces and fencing for dumpsters; newsletters, web
sites, roofing and recreation areas. Wow! It promises to be another great
year!
Remember, however, that our community is what we make
of it.
With this, the inaugural edition of the Riverview
Newsletter, your Board would like to wish health and prosperity to all for
the coming year.

Did
you know?
|
 |
During snow storm clean-up, once the center section
of the driveway is cleared, please move your vehicles to the center.
When your designated spots are cleared you can move your vehicles back
to their original area. |
 |
Any indoor plumbing problems are the unit owner
responsibility. Also please make sure you know where your main water
shut-off resides within your units in case of emergency. |
 |
Mail delivery errors should be dealt with through
our local post office. |
 |
To avoid possible leaks from your upstairs washer,
a mesh metal hose can do the trick. One place to find item is Home
Depot. Also shutting off your on/off valve located near your washer in
between use, can prevent any water catastrophe. |
 |
Trash pick up is every Tuesday. Large items such as
TV’s, appliances, etc. are the responsibility of the unit owner. The
unit owner must find an outside company to dispose of these large
items. |
 | Window screens should be gray in color. Local establishments such as
Ramco Manufacturers at 32 Cambridge Street, Worcester (508) 755-6235
cannot only repair screens, but can also fix damages to the entire
unit. |
