A Message from the President

Kim Edgren
Fall is upon us and here at Riverview and we are enjoying many, many improvements that we have successfully finished this past spring and summer!! (see above) We are pleased to have facilitated such change and hope you are all enjoying our community as much as we are. As we look ahead, we have a few items on the agenda: preparing our 2003 budget, incorporating the Noblin Study results into our long-term planning and budget, and power-washing to name a few.

I want to thank Ron Revella at Reliable for making our transition to a new management a smooth one. His response to questions and concerns has been quick and effective and he has been instrumental in helping us with our many improvements.

Thanks also to those community members who helped us keep our new landscaping green with all that extra TLC and water. Your part in our community did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!!

Finally, it is with mixed feelings that I say goodbye in October to my position on the board and my home of six years. I am happy to be moving into a new home, but will miss the community that Riverview has provided to Karen, Alex, Olivia, and myself. This is truly a great place for those of us who have made connections with our neighbors, and a wonderful place to call home. Best to you all and thanks again for making this a safe and happy community!
