Review of Unit Owner Parking Rule # 3.1
Unit Owners are allowed to keep two motor vehicles (including motorcycles) on the premises. Unit Owners have non-exclusive easement to two parking spaces per Unit. Only one vehicle can be parked in each space. Non-exclusive easements to parking spaces shall not be used for any purpose other than to park wheeled vehicles, duly registered operable passenger automobiles, motorcycles, and small pick-up trucks of ¾ tons or less, used for personal use and not displaying business signage, ladder racks, or tool chests (except those that are enclosed inside the truck bed), excluding specifically trucks or commercial vehicles over ¾ tons, trailers, or boats.
Any vehicle parked in a non-exclusive easement to a Parking Space shall not exceed in length the length of the non-exclusive easement to a Parking Space. Damage to parking areas caused by poorly maintained vehicles, motorcycle kickstands, or other problems would be repaired by the Association at the Unit Owner’s expense.

Dryer Vents
Does it take two or three cycles to dry your clothes?
If you answered yes, before you go out and buy that new dryer you might want to try this trick. Pull the dryer out and disconnect the vent hose on the bottom. Set temp
control to high, turn on cycle and dry a load of clothes. If the clothes are dry at the end of the cycle then your vent is blocked and you need to have it cleaned out (unit owner responsibility). Also, check and clean the screens at the outside of dryer exhaust vent.
Does your heat go out?
Are you always finding yourself having to reset your furnace because the safety switch keeps going out?
Check your fireplace flue. I found out that every time I had a fire the next couple of days my heat would not work.
It turned out that the flue was open and was creating a back flow down the furnace exhaust pipe. I closed the flue and the problem went away.
There, I just saved you $365. That’s what it cost me to find it out.
Note: A back draft can also cause a build up of carbon monoxide in your unit. All unit owners should invest in a carbon monoxide detector.
Where's my power???
We lost our power once already. Have you stocked up on your supplies? Are you ready for the next time?
Here are a few items you might want: batteries (for radio), flashlight, candles, lanterns, dry firewood.
