Annual Meeting
Thank you to all who attended the Annual Riverview Association Meeting.
For those who were unable to attend, there was a lengthy discussion regarding the increase in condo fees. It is important to note that we have not had a condo fee increase since 1996. We hope now that the financial statements have gone out to all unit owners that the need to increase fees is clear to all.

Each new trustee will serve a three year term.

Pest Control
Ant Control
All buildings will be having their foundation sprayed for ants within the month of May and then again in September.
Reliable Property Management will be sending each unit owner specifics on foundation treatments along with the date of the treatments. If your unit continues to have ant infestation, please call Reliable Property Management to report the issue.
Bee Control
If any unit owner wants to have their unit sprayed for Bee control, it is up to the Unit Owner to contract a pest control company and pay for such services. (The association will
no longer pay to spray for bees.)
