Parking Issues

There seem to be some misunderstandings about the way our parking system works.

Here at Riverview we have 108 parking spaces. Each unit owner is allowed to keep TWO vehicles on the property. Each unit has ONE space that is reserved for that unit. That means that there are 52 parking spaces that are reserved for unit owners, which leaves 56 additional parking spaces for owners and guests. The 56 additional spaces are first come First Park spaces.

Recently an occurrence of car vandalism happened to one of the unit owner’s vehicles. If we can all keep an eye out for any type of unlawful activity, we can all have a safer community in which to live.

Any type of criminal act should be reported to Grafton Police immediately, (508) 839-2858 and Reliable Property Management, (508) 435-1010 ask for Ron Revella.

Fall Yard Sale?

Were you unable to participate in the Spring Yard Sale? We are thinking of having a Fall Community Yard Sale.

If we have enough interest, why not? Let Ron Burke know if you are interested.

Ants

Do you have ants?
Each year, Riverview pays for Ant control. However, the pesky little things often do not go away the first time. If you are continuing to have an ant problem, please contact Reliable Property Management at 508-435-1010.

Trash

Thank you to unit owners for abiding by the new trash rules and doing your best to throw the trash to the back of the dumpster and by breaking down all boxes.

However, it appears that not all boxes are getting broken down. This is causing the dumpsters to fill up very fast, forcing other unit owners to place their trash outside of the full dumpster.

Please make every attempt to break down all boxes. If the dumpster appears to be full, please do not leave trash on the ground for the animals, please place it in the other dumpster on the property. Both Dumpsters are rarely full at the same time.
