2.1             Trash Disposal  

No containers used for rubbish, junk, or trash shall be placed in any Common Elements.  Trash is to be placed in trash receptacles approved by the Trustees or their agent.  Otherwise, all trash, rubbish, garbage or junk must be kept in the Units.

2.2             Waste in Common Elements  

No waste shall be committed in the Common Elements.

2.3             Box/Container Disposal  

When disposing of large boxes, Unit Owners are expected to break down large boxes before placing them in trash receptacles.

2.4             Hazardous Waste and Brush Disposal  

Hazardous waste as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (for example, paint, paint thinners, herbicides, tires, used automobile oil, etc.) and brush (such as branches and Christmas trees) must be disposed of as decreed by the Town of Grafton and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Such materials are not to be placed in the trash receptacles in the Common Elements.

2.5             Recycling  

In compliance with Grafton town and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts laws, all residents of Riverview Condominium are required to participate in current waste bans.  Residents must dispose of recyclable materials in designated receptacles.
